CISS 3345 - Introduction to Malware Analysis

Introduction to issues with computer programs deployed with malicious intent, known as malicious software (malware). History, basic concepts, and categories of various types of malware, as well as malware analysis (reverse engineering) to capture behavioral aspects of malware samples as they are executed in a controlled environment. Basic and intermediate-level skills in reverse engineering via multiple hands-on lab assignments.
