PSYC 4191 - Practicum: Psychology

Experiential learning course in which psychological theories and basic counseling skills are applied in working with individuals, families and groups; students are assigned to agencies under professional supervision and complete a final paper integrating counseling theory and technique with applied experience. Psychology major or consent of instructor. Grading Basis: Letter Grade Repeatable for credit: Yes
Prerequisites: ENGL 1313 , ENGL 1314 , PSYC 1305 , PSYC 3335 , PSYC 3336 .
