SOWK 7328 - Social Work Practice with Hispanic Youth

This course prepares students for social work practice with Hispanic youth, including culture, theory, engagement, assessment, interventions and evaluation.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of all foundation courses; or in Advanced Standing. Must be taken prior to SOWK 8456 and SOWK 8556 - Field Education: Services to Children and Families; and SOWK 7156 - Advanced Block Integrative Seminar .
