BADM 3361 - Professional Technical Communication

This course covers strategies for successful planning, research, and presenting of formal and informal business messages. Emphasis is placed on professional and technical communication techniques, such as report writing, professional speaking, group conversation, resume writing, professional telephone communication, proper use of electronic communication, etc. The course also emphasizes effective customer service, media relations, and building a professional business portfolio.
Prerequisite: ENGL 1314.
