Clinical Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology (SLPD)

The SLPD program prepares licensed and certified speech-language pathology students for leadership roles in a range of employment settings and provides training in clinical education supervision, undergraduate teaching, and clinical research for employment in university settings, with an emphasis on minority serving employment settings and institutions. The program focuses on supporting under-represented speech-language pathologists through mentoring of leadership skills, clinical supervision expertise, undergraduate teaching experience, and completion of evidence-based clinical research.
