POLS 4351 - Environmental Policy 3 hour(s) Overview of environmental perspectives and philosophies and determinants influencing public opinion and activism. Examination of environmental processes and beliefs whereby public demands are generated and incorporated into policy. Analysis of the causes and consequences of inequity in exposure to environmental risk and study of environmental justice case studies. Overview of green mitigation responses, and the international, transsovereign dimension of international climate politics. Grading Basis: Letter Grade Is this course repeatable for credit?
