PSYC 2311 - Stress Management 3 hour(s) Approaches to stress management and wellness will be explored. Topics include the psychological and physiological effect of stress, distress-prone and distress-related influences and illnesses, and coping and relaxation strategies and methods of managing stress and maintaining wellness in one’s personal and professional life.
