Mexican American Studies Minor

Required Courses in the Minor:

The required courses in the Mexican American Studies minor include courses in the arts, humanities, and social sciences. The minor is interdisciplinary and complements any major. The minor provides students with a broad introduction to the historical development, contemporary experiences, and cultural expressions of people of Mexican American descent, broadly defined, within transnational contexts with emphasis on the US-Mexico borderlands.
