KINE 1113 - Fitness for Health1 hr A physical-activity course that exposes students to multiple forms of exercise throughout the semester. Students will engage in planned and individual workouts, while learning how to safely execute the particular movements of each activity and developing the skills needed to become lifelong independent exercisers. Activities may include aerobic running & walking, strength training, group fitness, agility & plyometrics, cross fit, yoga, pilates, dance, swimming, and several team sports. May be taken up to three times for credit. Fee: $10. Offered: Fall, Spring.
