KINE 4301 - Fitness Testing & Measurement 3 hour(s) Teaches how to assess general and specific parameters of health and fitness through several field and laboratory testing methods. Skills developed in this course are applicable to the development of exercise programs for various populations. Material is guided by some of the discipline’s leading certificate-granting entities, including the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
