ENGL 3371 - Writing in STEM 3 hour(s)
A workshop and project-oriented course in scientific writing that teaches the fundamentals of effective scientific communication. Students consider how scientific texts address an audience, make claims, invoke prior claims, deploy keyterms, and engage quantitative and visual evidence.

Prerequisites: ENGL 1313 and ENGL 1314 or equivalent transfer credit.
