BADM 3361 - Professional Technical Communication 3 hour(s) Covers strategies for successful planning, research, and presenting of formal and informal business messages. Skills taught include producing clear, direct, and error-free writing, presenting business-related research, and solving business-related problems. Offers intensive study and practice in the composition and proofreading, revising, and editing of reports, memos, and letters in business related topics, as well as intensive use of computer skills, especially word processing and graphics, skills, assessment, employment procedure, interviewing, and research techniques.
