BIOL 1409 - Environmental Science and Sustainability I 4 hour(s) Interdisciplinary study of interactions between humans and the environment, emphasizing scientific principles as the basis for understanding environmental issues involving living organisms, air, land, and water. Topics include ecology of populations and ecosystems, species interactions and ecosystem ecology, environmental geology and chemistry, and use of natural resources.
