This course covers the environment of trust that nonprofit staff leaders and managers must uphold, from a practitioner’s perspective. Topics covered include understanding your leadership style; leading and motivating volunteers and employees, and establishing and assuring key performance indicators are met. Additionally, this course covers the roles and responsibilities of governing boards, interactions with nonprofit staff and volunteers, and legal and ethical aspects of nonprofit governance and leadership.
