MGMT 8360 - Supply Chain Service Management 3 hour(s) More and more non-product supply chains are being developed. Service supply chains focus on customer satisfaction by generating remarkable value. Services in supply chain include pure services such as: financial consultants, lawyers, and entertainment; as well and other services such as: maintenance and repair, healthcare, phone carrier services, online purchasing, and social network services. This course concentrates on various methods and approaches that supply chain stakeholders can use to deliver their services to customers. Also highlighted, are new breakthroughs in electronic commerce that impose new demand on service management in the supply chain. Finally, multiple service-related topics in sectors such as healthcare, entertainment, telecommunication, and business solutions will be discussed.
